Vista ships across the U.S. with free FedEx Express (about 3 business days; overnight available for $150) and to many countries for a flat $135 (about 7–10 days). You’ll receive a FedEx tracking number by email once your order ships. Customers in North America have a 30-day evaluation period; returns require at least one coaching session and are subject to a restocking fee ($299 in the U.S., $399 from Canada), and coaching bundles are non-refundable.
